be busy + ing : ~하느라 바쁘다.
My sister was busy preparing for her paper last year. 언니는 작년에 논문을 준비하느라 바빴어요.
He is busy cooking and cleaning. 그는 요리하고 청소하느라 바빠요.
부정어(never/not) + to부정사
It will be hard not to see each other every day. 우리가 매일 서로를 못 보는 것은 힘들거야.
I want the children not to touch the cake. 아이들이 케이크에 손대지 않으면 좋겠어.

it seems like~ 조금 더 구어체적인 표현입니다.
it seems that ~에서 'that' 뒤에 절이 나옵니다. (that=접속사로 사용)
A: It seems like Patty and Jake broke up. 패티와 제이크가 헤어진 것 같아.
B: What makes you think so? 왜 그렇게 생각하니?
A: It seems like that he has good knowledge of wine. 그가 와인에 대해 많이 아는 것 같아.
B: Of course. He's a sommelier. 당연하지. 그는 소믈리에니까.
